Karen is a watercolor artist and educator whose work reflects decades of dedication to experimentation, expression, and the evolving possibilities of the medium. Born and raised in northern Utah, she began studying art at an early age and has continued her artistic development through workshops and mentorship with established artists, including the late Anton J. Rasmussen and Willamarie Huelskamp. While formally trained, Karen believes that artistic growth is most deeply shaped through curiosity, exploration, and time spent painting.
