West African Dance Workshop w/ Etienne Tolno ~ Ages 16+
Friday, June 27.
3:00 - 4:00 pm.
Join us this summer for an energizing and culturally rich African dance workshop with Etienne, an experienced and engaging instructor from Guinea, West Africa. This hands-on class, held in the GAC courtyard (or in the dance studio in case of inclement weather), offers a joyful introduction to the rhythms and traditions of West African drumming & dance. Bring dance shoes if you’d prefer for the courtyard. Etienne brings decades of drumming & dance expertise with a passion for sharing his heritage to all. Come experience the joy and connection that drumming & dance inspires in mind, body, and spirit!
Tuition: $45/non-member, $38.25/members.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, June 25. Minimum of 6 students required to run workshop.

Adult Heels | Ages 16+List Item 4
Learn to embrace your sensual goddess in this fun, sexy, and flirty class. Gain confidence through fun combos that have a mixture of jazz, jazz funk, hip hop, and other genres. Heels are not required but encouraged! No experience required.

Students will be introduced to this fun apparatus through conditioning and safe, graceful, movements. Working on strength, stamina, and flexibility, students will gain an understanding of this apparatus and be able to sequence together beginner moves fluidly. No experience necessary.
