School of Dance Adult Classes
Classes may be canceled by the Arts Center if minimum enrollment is not met. In this case, participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and issued a full refund. Participant cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or for no-shows.
All adult School of Dance classes are open to students ages 16+ unless otherwise noted.

Dance Rhythms | Winter Session 1List Item 2
Session 1: 6 classes - Mondays, January 19 - February 23. 7:00 - 8:00 pm.
Join in the fun for all levels of dancers and movers! This “Jazzy Aerobics” style class will include warm ups and cool downs filled with choreography of all dance styles including jazz, swing, broadway, latin, rock and a little bit of country.

Perfect for never-ever dancers or those returning to tap after a long break, this fun and supportive class introduces the fundamentals of tap dance in a relaxed, encouraging environment. Each session includes a full-body warm-up, basic technique, and rhythmic choreography to build coordination, balance, and musicality. Dancers will explore foundational steps like shuffles, flaps, and simple combinations. Tap shoes are strongly recommended to fully experience the unique sounds and style of this classic American dance form.

Each month supports a different local nonprofit through donation-based participation. All proceeds go directly to the organization. Class begins at 9:00 AM, is open to everyone, and instructors will rotate each month, offering a variety of teaching styles and perspectives.
