Adult Beginner/Intermediate Tap
6 Wednesdays, October 15 - November 19. 12:00 - 1:00 pm.
This class will start with a routine warm up depending on the make up of the class (beginner to Intermediate.) Students will learn a new dance either every week or continue with the same choreography if more time is needed. Due to the weight bearing and impact, Tap is great physical therapy for people with Osteoporosis or precursors to it. The patterns to all choreography is fabulous for memory! Tap shoes are highly recommended (because it is much more fun to hear what you are doing), but not mandatory.
