The Gunnison Arts Center believes the arts should be accessible to all through affordable classes. If you need financial assistance for a class, please click the bottom left button below and apply for a scholarship.
Notice: Scholarships are only available for classes that do not serve alcoholic beverages.

Batch Cooking Ideas for Week Simplicity | Ages 15+
Take the stress out of weekday meals in this practical and inspiring workshop with Holistic Chef and Nutritionist Ashley Anderson. You’ll learn the basics of batch cooking—including how to plan, prep, and store meals efficiently—plus a handful of easy, nourishing recipes you can rotate throughout your week.

Come learn how to make your own healthy and delicious fresh ricotta cheese!
November 9th | Homemade Pasta
Learn the basics of making fresh pasta along with some fun fillings and pasta dishes. Come ready to sample your efforts!
November 30th | Italian Desserts
Take the skills you learned making fresh ricotta cheese and use them to create a light and delicious cheesecake! We will also learn how to make fresh marscapone cheese for some lovely variations of tiramisu.
