What is the Time Travel Dance Party Fundraiser & Raffle?
The Time Travel Dance Party Fundraiser & Raffle is Gunnison Arts Center’s Spring fundraising event to help us raise funds for the year and spend time with our community! There will be dancing, raffle prizes, costumes, and more!
Why is it called the Time Travel Dance Party Fundraiser & Raffle?
Our theme for this year’s fundraiser is all about time travel, so attendees are encouraged to wear a costume – be it a 70’s disco star or a futuristic character from outer space! There will be a costume contest, so come dressed to impress!
Where can I purchase entry tickets?
Entry tickets can be purchased by clicking the ‘ticket’ button above or by going to our website. Tickets are $35 for 1 person, $60 for 2 people, and $125 for 5 people (our 5th wheel package!)
Can I buy raffle tickets online?
No, you can only purchase entry tickets online, not raffle tickets. Major item raffle tickets will be sold by our Board of Directors at various locations around town from March 20th to April 14th. Please check our Instagram and Facebook pages as we will post updates on where raffle ticket sales are occurring. Both major-item raffle tickets and smaller-item raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
What prizes are available?
- Grand Lodge Package, which includes a two night stay at the Grand Lodge at Mt. Crested Butte, a jeep tour with JJ Jeeps, and a $50 gift card to Frank’s Deli
- Harmels on the Taylor Fly Fishing Package, which includes a 2 night cabin stay for 2 people and a Reddington fly fishing rod & reel
- A BadFish Paddleboard
- A Rossignal Meraki Snowboard
- A 2 hour E-Bike Rental for Two from Wheelies and Waves

Do I have to be at the event to win a raffle item?
You do not need to be present at the event if you purchased a major item raffle ticket. Since our smaller-item raffle tickets will exclusively be sold at the event, you will need to be at the event to claim your prize.
Who will be performing at the event?
Our live music will feature Peach Street Revival and DJ Schlitz.
Do I have to pay for food and drinks?
We will have two cash bars featuring cocktails, beer, and wine, and complimentary food from Burnell’s.

If you are having difficulties registering using a cellular device, we recommend using a computer. If you are still having difficulties registering online, please contact the GAC staff at (970) 641 – 4029 and we can get you registered!
