Intentionally exploring the crux of something that we find great passion and drive toward, unexpectedly discovering the root actually comes from something we view as a negative or difficult aspect about ourselves. In this exploration, we seek out why it was created in the first place, finding freedom in learning about, understanding, accepting, and nurturing this tendency, trait, way of being or thinking. Realizing and giving credit to how it has truly tried to serve us in a positive way, we now honor it with compassion and find a balance in how it lives within us.
