Elaine has restaurant experience and will demonstrate how to make an authentic Chinese meal. You will be instructed on cooking techniques as well as the use of ingredients. In this class students will prepare lettuce wraps for an appetizer and Kung Pao Chicken. Don’t forget to bring your notebooks to take notes of the recipe’s tips and tricks.
