Session 2: Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 27th – September 2nd. 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
Lift your seat, tone your muscles, and feel the burn in this hour-long barre workout class. We’ll use the fundamentals of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates to sculpt long lean dancer bodies. All of the movements are small and will work each of your muscles to fatigue. This is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to not only make you stronger physically but also mentally.
