Session 1: Mondays, June 7th – July 12th. 5:00 – 6:00 pm OR 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
Session 2: Mondays, July 26th – August 30th. 5:00 – 6:00 pm OR 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
In this class, students will gain an understanding of body conditioning and how to apply it to aerial dance. Students will go through beginner moves and also work on sequencing them on the Lyra and Sling. No previous experience or strength required. You will gain strength as you learn! Limit 2 students per class due to COVID, please choose between the two available time slots for session 1 and/or session 2.
