Through intention, breath and movement of both energy and physicality (with just the right amount of joy & suffering) we will work on building a sustainable inner landscape through the use of our physical bodies. Although the class will begin with flow we will work towards a place of stillness, integration and marination within the asana. Our goal, is to find balance between stira (steadiness/effort) and sukha (ease/bliss) on the mat so that we re-enter into the world embodied with these qualities and equipped for just about anything life throws at us.
